My passion is helping leaders pursue the mattering things in heart, home, and work.
I love to learn, explore, clarify, strategize, develop and grow both personally and professionally. I have served a wide spectrum of organizations and businesses with strategic focus and sustainable rhythms.
I understand the pressures of leadership and the perseverance necessary to create a healthy organization. I possess the ability to quickly and thoroughly assess community and organizational culture, identifying existing strengths and areas for growth. I am uniquely skilled at ‘translating’ vision and direction into a compelling invitation for others to participate. I also excel at working across generations and with a diversity of backgrounds to cultivate alignment and facilitate development for leaders and teams.
I have spent over 25 years in organizational leadership. My family and I currently live in San Antonio, TX where I work with business, network, and church leaders as a mentor, strategist, consultant, and collaborator. My professional career also includes small business ownership, church planting, and conciliation.
